This is why we pride ourselves on our commitment to sustainable development in its widest sense, working with Clients and associated professionals to look at the social and economic aspects of each project, as well as the environmental elements. We take our commitment seriously, and, since April 2012 have been formally endorsed with the NQA 'Sustainability Assessed' accreditation, BS8900.
Our award-winning, Liverpool based, RIBA Chartered Practice comprises Architects, Technicians, and Interior Designers working collaboratively with other like-minded professionals and product suppliers to design buildings, functional spaces and neighbourhoods for a better future.
We can provide you with a full architectural service, and pride ourselves on a strong ethos of striving to go 'one step beyond' the client brief to provide the very best in terms of long-lasting value.
Since 2012, we have been rolling out a technical training programme, using REVIT, in order to achieve full BIM competence. This is in readiness for changes in working methods, based on the Government mandate that public sector, centrally procured, construction projects will be delivered using BIM by 2016. This is very much a collaborative exercise, using ArkPx, (Lockbox), an information sharing repository, enabling other stakeholders, such as Consultants, Contractors, etc to easily access the information. We are currently using this information sharing strategy on a number of ongoing commercial projects.
