With over 25 years of Architectural experience Hunter Davidson Design provides a full spectrum of designs in both the residential and commercial fields of architecture.

Our residential portfolio includes loft conversions, extensions, flat conversions and new build, with our commercial collection including industrial units, retail and office designs.

We work closely with the Client to arrange the Brief for the approach of the design that the Client requires; be it traditional, contemporary or a fusion of architectural styles.

Hunter Davidson Design provides an initial free consultation where we discuss with the Client the possibilities of the scheme and the subsequent Statutory requirements that are needed to fulfil the Clients wishes.
Upon appointment we will undertake the surveying of the property, the designing of the scheme, in close consultation with the Client, and then the subsequent Local Authority applications for Planning Permission and Building Regulations Approval.
In addition the package can include energy assessments, 2D and 3D visualisations and modelling.
